About Me

I have enjoyed crafting all my life and have been involved in the craft industry for several years. I started drawing images to use on cards for my own use and then went on to design some stamps for a well known craft company. I also designed a range of dies and punches before I moved into regular demonstrating.

For the past 9 years I have demonstrated craft products at trade events, craft shows and in retail outlets. I have enjoyed sharing my passion for crafting with likeminded people wherever I go and have made many friends on my travels. I have spent many of my Saturdays in shops with groups of crafters showing them how to use the latest dies, markers, paints etc. One of my favourite things is to inspire others to try colouring for themselves if they have never tried it before.

I’ve met lots of crafters in various places who love the idea of colouring stamped or downloaded images but they have the misconception that it’s incredibly difficult to choose the correct colours and blend them perfectly. My answer is always the same - just try it and see how much you can enjoy it! I encourage folks to grab whatever colouring medium they prefer and give it a go. Don’t get stressed about whether or not it’s perfect but rather enjoy the process and you’ll be amazed at the results after a little practice.

I was a contributor to Crafts Beautiful magazine for a couple of years and also to Cardmaking and Papercraft for 8 years until it closed in 2020. I now have regular commissions in the Tonic Studios magazine and frequently in Craft Stamper, Die Cutting Essentials and Simply Cards and Papercraft magazines.

In between times I have updated my blog, Pinterest and YouTube regularly with crafting inspiration.

COVID-19 has brought changes to the way we all live and in the last year I haven’t been able to travel to demonstrate crafting so I decided to go back to the drawing board, quite literally!

Many of us have been struggling with changes to family life and work etc and during this time I have found it very therapeutic to craft in general and to colour in particular.

I am an avid lover of nature so most of my drawings are of flowers, birds and animals. Even when I can’t travel I love spending time in the garden, growing plants and looking after them.

I hope you enjoy colouring my digi images and find it relaxing too ☺
