What is a digi image?

A digi image is a black outline drawing which you can download and print. You can then colour the image with pencils, pens, alcohol markers, paints etc in the same way as you would colour an ink stamped image.

Once you have downloaded the digi image you can save it on your computer and print it out as many times as you like.

The two main benefits of using digi stamps are that you use them as often as you like and you can resize them to whatever size suits the card etc that you are making.

How do I get my digi image?

Once you have paid for your digi image, you will be sent an email with download links to your chosen image(s).

How do I download my new digi image(s)?

1. Open your order confirmation email and press the download button to go to the download page.

2. The download page will open, click on the image type you wish to download.

3. The image will start downloading and its progress can be followed at the bottom left of your browser.

4. Navigate to your computer downloads folder to find your images.

Note: If your image does not download, you may have to allow "multiple automatic downloads" in your browser. Look for the icon in image above to the right of the address bar.

How do I resize and print a digi image?

1. Download your image then copy and paste into a Microsoft Word document.

2. Click on the image to reveal the outline box and then place the cursor over one of the corners of the box and move in/out to the desired size. By using one of the nodes in the corners the image will remain in proportion.

3. When you have the size you want, print and colour. Enjoy :)

I haven't received my order email with download links

1. Please check your junk folder. If the email is there then make sure to tell your email provider it's not junk.

2. Ensure the payment has gone through and you have received an invoice email from PayPal.

3. If the above steps don't help, please contact us with your order number and the product code of the digi image(s) you have bought.

I don't have Paypal

Sorry, but at the moment we can only accept payment through PayPal.

Can I change email address that my digis is sent to?

At the moment your Digi image can only be sent to the email address connected to your PayPal account.

What is the difference between jpg and png?

They are both outlines but the png has a transparent background.

How long can I access my digi download links for?

You can access them for as long as you like.

However we reserve the right to invalidate any links if you are found in breach of the guidelines which state that you must not share the images.

My download link is not working

Can I pay with another currency?

No we only accept payments in GBP (£) at the moment.
