When you purchase any of my digital images you are not purchasing the artwork but a limited license which permits you to use this image for your own personal craft projects e.g. cards, scrapbooking, journaling.

You are not permitted to reproduce it in any way, share or re-sell the image (whether uncoloured or coloured). Images must also not be printed and sold as part of kits. However you can sell small quantities of craft projects using the images to family, friends and at small craft groups.

You must not reproduce the images in any other format e.g. clear/rubber stamps, stickers or kits.

You may colour the images digitally for your own personal use but must not share or sell the changed images as the artwork, even when coloured, still belongs to the artist.

You must not make the images into cutting files or copy to a device for resale.

You must not copy and share any of my images with a 3rd party on a secondary device such as a USB stick etc.

Do not alter the images to sell as your own.

Please do not add the images to Pinterest without the watermark as this infringes copyright.

All copyright is reserved by Ruth Hamilton Designs and you should include a credit mentioning this.

We reserve the right to invalidate any download links if you are found in breach of this policy.
